Women’s Fellowship for Christian Service (WFCS)

This is the ladies fellowship of the Church. This is a most vibrant organization of the Church. It's myriad activities include, providing tea for all worshippers after church services, raising funds through “mini” sales and raffles, arranging treats and get-togethers, visiting the sick and housebound, feeding street children. The members also sell articles of daily use and knickknacks after the church services. It's members meet in the evenings of the first and third Saturdays of every month. They also have a corporate communion once a month. One of the notable activities of the WFCS setting up a “White Elephant Stall” is an annual fete held in the first Saturday of December every year, where old but usable articles like clothes, shoes, bags, books, toys, other odds and ends are sold and the money collected is handed over for being used for education of financially distressed students. Another is holding a Christmas Tree for underprivileged/street children, where the Sunday School Children also join. The Secretary of the WFCS is Ms. Lynette Deane.
